General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Service

Couture Xpert, a leader in the manufacturing industry, specializes in the creation and design of Moroccan salons. Offering innovative solutions, the company reflects your preferences while preserving your connection to tradition. With custom-made services for Moroccan salons, Couture Xpert excels in meeting individual needs, ensuring customer satisfaction as its top priority. A unique and memorable experience is created, combining expertise, excellence, and commitment to authenticity.

1. Quotes, Submissions, and Payment

1.1. A personalized quote will be provided based on the specifications of the custom-made Moroccan salon requested by the client.

1.2. A fee of $50 will be charged for each submission. This amount will be deducted from the final price if the client proceeds with the purchase.

1.3. A deposit representing 40% of the total quoted amount is required to begin the process of creating the custom Moroccan salon.

1.4. The remaining balance will be due upon delivery of the Moroccan salon, in accordance with the agreed specifications.

2. Work Execution

2.1. Each custom Moroccan salon project will be carried out in accordance with the specific details agreed upon with the client, from design to delivery.

2.2. No changes or modifications can be made once the creation process has begun, ensuring a faithful realization of the client’s expectations.

3. Refund and Exchange Policy

3.1. Due to the personalized nature of our services, the custom Moroccan salons created are neither exchangeable nor refundable.

3.2. No refund will be issued in the event of order cancellation after the commencement of the tailoring process.

**4. Unclaimed Items**

4.1. Custom Moroccan lounge projects that are not picked up within a period of 60 days from the notified availability date will be considered abandoned.

4.2. Couture Expert reserves the right to destroy these items without any form of compensation.

5. Jurisdiction

5.1. Couture Expert, established in Montreal, QC, Canada, governs these terms and conditions. Any dispute related to these general sales conditions will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Montreal, QC.
